Croissant Bread
A popular French flaky roll & buttery pastry.
It is so good that’s why it’s been one of my favorite international bread☺️

✔️Ingredients
1 & 1/4 cup [300 ml] fresh milk
1/4 cup [50 grams] sugar
1 tbsp yeast [9 grams]
3 cups [384 grams] all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
150 grams butter

✔️Optionals
150 grams chocolate (for filling)
1 beaten egg (for egg wash) or liquid milk for substitute

*Substitute for fresh milk
-evaporated milk, almond milk

🇫🇷FRENCH
✔️Ingrédients
1 & 1/4 tasse [300 ml] lait frais
1/4 tasse [50 grammes] de sucre
1 cuillère à soupe de levure [9 grammes]
3 tasses [384 grammes] farine tout usage
1/2 cuillère à café de sel
150 grammes de beurre

✔️Optionnels
150 grammes de chocolat (pour le remplissage)
1 œuf battu (pour le lavage des œufs) ou du lait liquide comme substitut

* Substitut du lait frais
-lait évaporé, lait d'amande

🇮🇹ITALIAN
✔️Ingredienti
300 ml di latte fresco
1/4 di tazza [50 grammi] di zucchero
1 cucchiaio di lievito [9 grammi]
3 tazze [384 grammi] di farina per tutti gli usi
1/2 cucchiaino di sale
150 grammi di burro

✔️Opzionali
150 grammi di cioccolato (per la farcitura)
1 uovo sbattuto (per lavare le uova) o latte liquido per il sostituto

* Sostituto del latte fresco
-latte evaporato, latte di mandorle
